Rilastil DAILY CARE Toner

DESCRIPTION: an alcohol-free liquid toner to be used after cleansing to completely remove residual skin impurities from the face and neck.  Astringent, decongestant, cleansing, moisturizing and protective ingredients that balance the skin, making it softer, fresher and toned.  Toner also has an anti-aging action. Toner gives the skin the proper pH balance to help regulate the skin to keep it properly balanced.   For all skin types, even sensitive skin.

DIRECTIONS: Use day and night after cleansing the face.  Apply with a cotton pad.  Do not wash off.
